Terms and Conditions of Use

1. The service

AQuote.eu is an online marketplace operated by WORLD DEVELOPER LTD (20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, Company No. 11153689) that connects clients who publish project requests with independent professionals who send proposals. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• Accounts are activated after email verification. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the law.

3. Clients

Publishing projects and receiving proposals is free for clients. Projects are reviewed before publication and expire on their expiry date, after which no further actions are possible. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their requests.

4. Professionals and credits

• Sending a proposal costs the number of credits shown for the project. Credits are deducted once per proposal; editing a proposal is free. Only one proposal per project is allowed.
• New professional accounts receive free welcome credits. Further credits can be purchased at the prices on the Pricing page; payments are processed by Stripe.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise by us.
• Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; by using purchased credits immediately you expressly agree that this right is lost once credits are used.

5. Agreements between users

AQuote is not a party to agreements between clients and professionals and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of projects, proposals or services. Users deal with each other at their own responsibility.

6. Acceptable use

You must not post unlawful, misleading or offensive content, infringe third-party rights, send spam, or attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the platform.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, brand and software belong to WORLD DEVELOPER LTD. You keep the rights to the content you publish and grant us a licence to display it for the operation of the service.

8. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from dealings between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers resident in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may bring proceedings there. We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes. Questions: info@aquote.eu.
